Workplace & Employment Mediation
Workplace conflict costs organizations long before it reaches a formal process. Mediation gives employers, HR teams, managers, and employees a neutral and confidential way to address issues early — professionally, and without taking sides.
Neutral, confidential support for employment disputes, team conflict, communication breakdowns, and workplace relationships.
Workplace mediation may assist where parties are in dispute concerning issues such as alleged discrimination, harassment, termination, promotion, workplace relationships, or other employment matters. It offers a neutral and confidential forum for constructive communication, a fair process, and practical discussion without determining whether a legal violation occurred.
Dr. Akingbemi works with employers and employees on equal footing. He does not investigate, adjudicate, or act as an advisor to either side — his role is to help the people involved talk productively and agree how they will work together going forward.
