Civil & Community Mediation

Cornerstone Mediation Services helps individuals, businesses, property owners, neighbors, community groups, and other parties address civil and community disputes in a calm, impartial setting.

Practical, confidential support for disputes involving individuals, businesses, property owners, neighbors, and community groups.

Civil and community disputes can arise in many different forms. Mediation gives parties an opportunity to discuss the issues in a confidential and structured setting and explore practical ways forward without the mediator imposing a decision. The process is flexible and impartial, with an emphasis on avoiding unnecessary escalation and preserving relationships where possible.

These examples are not exhaustive. Dr. Akingbemi does not determine legal liability, provide legal advice, or decide who is right or wrong. He facilitates a fair process in which the parties can explore practical resolution for themselves.

Sessions are available in San Bernardino and across San Bernardino County, Riverside County, Orange County, Los Angeles County, with online mediation by Zoom available throughout California where appropriate.
